the Keene Senior Center is available to rent for your activities.
Other Required Fees
- Janitorial Service Fees: $25
- Security Deposit: $50
- Reservation Deposit: 25% of the total estimated cost due upon reservation, final balance due one week prior to the event.
- Liability insurance: Organizations must supply proof of $1M commercial general liability with the Senior Center listed as the certificate holder.

Multi-Purpose Room
Spacious room ideal for special meetings and parties.
Capacity: Up to 60 people banquet seating, 80 people auditorium seating.
Rental Rates:
- For-profit organizations: $50 per hour
- Non-profit organizations: $25 per hour
Kitchen/ Dining Room
Full service commercial kitchen. Includes use of the dining room with comfortable seating for 28 people.
Rental Rates:
- For-profit organization: $30 per hour
- Non-profit organization: $25 per hour
